Special Session Proposal Submission
Overview:
Special Sessions complement the conference's regular program, offering focused discussions on current topics of interest. These sessions should provide an overview of the state of the art and highlight important research directions in a field of special interest to conference participants.
Topics of Interest:
We are seeking proposals on a wide range of topics in Computing and Systems, but the session should focus on a single, very specific topic. Proposals that integrate interdisciplinary perspectives or introduce novel approaches to the conference themes are particularly welcome. The proposed topic should NOT match with any track name of the conference COMSYS-2026.
Proposal Format: Call for Special Sessions:
Each proposal should include:
- Title of the Special Session: Reflective of the theme and content.
- Session Organizers: Names, Affiliations, Contact information, and CV of the organizers.
- Abstract: A summary (200-300 words) describing the session's focus and significance.
- Rationale: Explanation of the session's relevance to the conference themes and its potential contribution to the field.
- List of Topics: Specific topics to be covered.
- Potential Contributors: A preliminary list of contributors (if available).
- Potential Reviewers: A tentative list of reviewers

- Proposals should be submitted via email to comsys.conference@gmail.com, with a copy to debotoshbh@gmail.com, by 24th February 2026.
- All submissions must be in PDF and adhere to the proposal format guidelines.
